There is a section that has every month of the year, so you need to mark or circle the month that you are using this planner. You can print it out again for another month. The numbers along the top are the dates in the month from 1 to 31.
The section down the side is where you will write your strength training exercise, whether that’s arms, legs, squats, or deadlifts. You will then color or mark the square that runs along the same line your habit is on and falls in the same column your date is on.
This allows you to see what you need to do and when you have completed it.

We get a lot of questions on what paper and frames we recommend.
For regular paper, I find that Amazon’s best-selling paper is such a good deal and has tons of great reviews (over 10,000!).
Cardstock is thicker, more durable than regular paper, and is great when you want top-quality prints, especially if you want to frame them. If you want to print on cardstock, I really like Amazon’s Choice of cardstock paper, which is great for prints.
