Daily Water Intake Chart

A daily water intake chart makes it easy to record how much water you drink throughout the day. Instead of trying to remember every glass or bottle, you can mark each serving on the chart as you finish it.

Our free printable water trackers include several layouts for different routines and goals. Use them to track water by the glass, bottle, time of day, or total number of fluid ounces.

Printable Daily Water Intake Charts

Choose from 22 printable daily water intake charts, each with a different layout and tracking style.

Some charts provide a simple row of glasses to mark off, while others let you record exact amounts, set a personal goal, or divide your water intake across the day.

Each printable is available as an image and PDF. The charts are designed primarily for US Letter paper and use cups and fluid ounces, making them easy to use with standard US drinking glasses, tumblers, and water bottles.

To download a chart, click the printable image or PDF link and save it to your computer. Print it on US Letter paper using portrait orientation and the actual size or 100 percent scale setting.

How To Use a Water Intake Chart

Start by choosing a printable water intake chart that suits the way you normally drink water.

A glass-based tracker works well if you use cups of a similar size throughout the day. A bottle tracker may be more useful if you regularly carry the same reusable bottle. Choose an ounce-based log if you prefer to record a more precise total.

Write the date and your personal water goal at the top of the chart, where space is provided. Mark each glass, serving, or bottle refill as soon as you drink it rather than trying to complete the chart from memory later.

Add your servings at the end of the day to find your daily total.

Disclaimer: These printable daily water intake charts are intended for general organization and personal tracking. They do not provide medical advice or determine how much water an individual should drink.

Fluid needs vary, and drinking excessive amounts of water can be harmful. People with kidney, heart, liver, hormonal, or fluid-balance conditions should follow advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Seek medical advice if you are concerned about dehydration, excessive thirst, unusually frequent urination, fluid retention, or any sudden change in your fluid needs.
